Our One-Bedroom Suites, starting at $455/month, include hot and cold water and are furnished with a Stove, Refrigerator and Central Air and Heating Unit. Large windows compliment the spacious living room and bedroom (especially with the Cathedral Ceilings in select suites).
Our Two-Bedroom Suites, currently starting at $550 / month, also include hot and cold water and are furnished with a Stove, Refrigerator, two Ceiling Fans and a Central Air and Heating Unit. This spacious unit has a larger living room, kitchen area w/ pantry closet and two bedrooms—each with large, bright windows. Our Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suites, currently starting at $575/month, have an eat-in kitchen and large master bedroom.
Laundry Facilities
An air-conditioned laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers can be found within our building, making your life that much easier.
Assigned Parking
Our well-lit parking area consists of assigned parking spaces allowing each Resident a spacious area for their vehicle, along with several additional spaces for Guests. For only $10.00 per month you can have a space assigned only to you - guaranteeing a spot whenever you come home.
